Is The Teen Empowerment Training for You?

The Teen Empowerment Training is for anyone who wants to help improve the lives of teens by eliminating hopelessness, loneliness and isolation, by increasing self empowerment, self awareness and self esteem —it's for teachers, coaches, counselors, youth group leaders and anyone who works with groups of teens!

Many teens feel overwhelmed when dealing with social pressures on top of trying to keep up with school work and extracurriculars.  Most academic curriculums don't teach teens how to deal with emotional issues. Many teens feel isolated and alone.

We created The Teen Empowerment Training to give teens a blueprint of how to process their emotions in a safe space and to show them that their feelings are normal. Once they are able to let heavy emotions go, they receive tools and a plan for how to create the future they want to achieve.

Teens will learn that:
  • They have the power to make healthy decisions.
  • Their choices, their words and their thoughts DO matter.
  • They have the power to create the future of their dreams.
  • And most importantly,  they are NOT alone!

The Teen Empowerment Training contains fundamental exercises and knowledge necessary for rebuilding our youth. It’s a simple addition to any curriculum. Just 10-15 minutes each week can make a profound difference in and out of the classroom.

Teacher's can expect to see:

  • Increased grades
  • Increased attendance
  • Increased student participation
  • And especially, an overall positive morale

The Teen Empowerment Training will give you the knowledge and tools you need to support your teens in a kind and empowering way without adding extra work.

What people are saying..

"I didn't expect that one course could change my life but this course did. I learned to not take things for granted and to take responsibility for my choices."  -Jason Williams

"My students learned that they have the power they need to succeed individually as well as in a group. They also learned that everyday is not a good day and they discovered that that's ok. They learned about support and how important it is to support each other. One fact that my students appreciated was sometimes we have good days and bad days because we're all human.  I loved the course because it was great on giving another view on perspectives. It was refreshing to talk about good choices and bad choices. Going in depth about choices was priceless. This course offered the know-how of how to be empowered.  I especially appreciated the modules that offered group participation. The projects on teamwork were priceless. The course was wonderful.
